How do I make sure I buy the right size?
The Snappy Feet website contains a downloadable measuring chart which you can print out and use as a precise guide to determine the right size shoes for your child. Obviously, if you choose a size that is too big, your child will always grow into them. However, the shoes should not be worn until the child’s feet have grown to fit them properly. Wearing shoes that are too big or too small can inhibit the healthy growth of your child’s feet.
What do I do if I get the sizing wrong?
Following our easy-to-use measuring guide should ensure you always get the right size shoes for your child. However, should you choose an incorrect size, Snappy Feet Ltd will accept returns in exchange for the correct size, where stock is available and on the basis that the shoes are returned in perfect condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase. We cannot guarantee that your preferred size will be available. In the case of such an exchange, you will need to cover the cost of returning the original purchase and the shipping of your new order.
